Cooking with Daria is our outdoor culinary adventure, which introduces you to our flavours, traditions and lifestyles, and allows you to prepare and create traditional Caribbean dishes and fruit cocktail blends from local produce.
From the wharf, your bus ride will take you to our home nestled in the tropical rain forest. En route, take in the colorful blooms, towering trees, lush landscapes, and spectacular panoramic views.

On arrival, you are greeted by your host, and introduced to the herbs and fresh organic products that will be used. Today, your choices are endless – you can prepare a local delicacy, enjoy panoramic views of the mountains or the Caribbean Sea, or enjoy the lush garden and colorful blooms. Either way, we guarantee full servings of fun, rum, and laughter.

Then you feast on mouthwatering dishes that you have created served with Caribbean desserts, fruit and rum punches. On completion, you return to the wharf.
